This poses a special problem for kids who then have to eat large quantities to meet their calorie needs but it is impossible for them to do that. Rice flour is a life savior for allergy friendly cooking…it is used in cakes, pizza, tortillas, pancakes, fritters, dumplings, thickeners etc. Its usage limited only by the chef’s creativity.
